Repair Services for Legacy Visual Systems:
We are always looking to make Spares and Repairs processing an easier task. RSI strives for quick turn-around times - limited only by the quality of repair and system testing requirements of all visual components processed.
On-Line access for component processing is a matter of filling in the On-Line RMA form and submitting it to our Repairs Department. Your RMA form data will be emailed to our Repairs Department which will return your assigned RMA number via email. Please have this number visible on the outside of your boxes shipped to RSI.
On-Line access to your RMA status is accomplished via an updated status report. The report lists the RMA's currently in process and is updated frequently. All repairs communications can easily be directed to repairs@redifun.com.

Our spares may also be used for Repair Exchanges with AOG situations.
